Return Policy Overview
Rajab Trading Enterprises is committed to selling products of leading brands with best quality. We understand that sometimes the customer may like to exchange or return back some of the items you have bought. Most of our products are covered by a 10-day money back guarantee for your assurance.
Return Conditions
- Products for exchange / return must be having its original packing and in good condition without being used
- Original catalogues or any other accessories must be included with the product
- Original invoice / purchase document is required
- Appliances and other consumer products must be unopened and in their original package
Non-Refundable Items
- Consumable / Loosely Sold Items (example: custom mixed color Paints, products sold per meter, timber cut in meters)
- Damaged products, which are either used and not in sellable condition
- Shipping / Delivery charges, if the product was shipped to you
Return Process
Return to Showroom
- Visit any RTC store in Abu Dhabi with proof of purchase
- Repacking fee may apply based on product condition
- Available between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday to Friday (excluding holidays)
Collection Service
- Contact customer service to arrange collection
- Fill return details on delivery note
- Collection charges may apply
- Refund processed in original payment method
Manufacturer Warranty
- Minimum one year warranty from date of purchase
- Proof of purchase and warranty card required for claims
- Warranty services responsibility lies with principal supplier/manufacturer
- Warranty valid only in UAE
- Warranty void if serviced by unauthorized personnel
